Regulation of the Minister for Climate and Environment on technical requirements, conditions for the connection to and cooperation of micro-installations with the electricity system.

The implementing act shall specify the technical requirements and mode of connection to the electricity grid of the micro-installation. Under the previous legal regime, micro-installations were connected on the basis of a notification or a connection application, for which the technical conditions were determined by the electricity system operator. In order to harmonise the technical requirements for micro-installations of renewable energy sources for connection to the electricity grid, technical requirements, conditions for connection and cooperation between micro-installations and the electricity system were defined.
