Regulation of the Minister for Climate and the Environment laying down detailed criteria for the application of end-of-waste conditions for asphalt waste

The primary objective of the project is to define end-of-waste conditions for asphalt waste.
The draft regulation laying down detailed criteria for the application of end-of-waste conditions for asphalt destruction fulfils the authorisation to issue an implementing act pursuant to Article 14(1a) of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws 2021, item 779 and 784), hereinafter ‘the Law on Waste’.
