Draft Act on wine products

The draft act on wine products amends technical regulations concerning business activity and the manufacture of fermented wine drinks, i.e. cider, perry, fruit wine or mead.

In parallel, due to the introduction of new food information requirements, the draft act will also be subject to the notification procedure in accordance with Article 45 of Regulation No 1169/2011.
