Food of animal origin supplied in small quantities.

Draft Order of the Director of the State Food and Veterinary Service "On the amendment of Order No. B1-339 of 26 April 2016 of the Director of the State Food and Veterinary Service ‘Regarding the approval of veterinary requirements for the supply of small quantities of chicken eggs to the local market’ “.

The State Food and Veterinary Service has prepared a Draft Amendment of veterinary requirements for the supply of small quantities of chicken eggs to the local market, approved by the Order No. B1-339 of 26 April 2016 of the Director of the State Food and Veterinary Service “Regarding the approval of veterinary requirements for the supply of small quantities of chicken eggs to the local market” (hereinafter referred to as the “Draft”). The draft lays down requirements for suppliers of small quantities of incoming food-producing poultry eggs, for persons handling eggs, for handling facilities and equipment, and for handling eggs. The requirements shall apply to suppliers of small quantities of eggs to the local market who keep food-producing poultry and supply their eggs in small quantities to final consumers or local retail establishments, which are

located within a distance of not more than 100 km from the production site.
