Draft regulation of the Minister for the Interior amending the regulation on the requirements to be met by the protection of monetary values stored and transported by entrepreneurs and other organisational units.

The Regulation introduces additional requirements related to a system for the neutralisation of paper monetary values. A cash neutralisation system consists of specialised containers or ATM cassettes equipped with an automatic, irreversible money neutralisation mechanism, while maintaining their traceability in the event of unauthorised attempts to open the container or cassette.

In addition, it is proposed to allow vehicles other than banking vehicles to be used to ensure the transport of coins only, while maintaining other security requirements and the organisation of transport.
