Rules amending the Rules on the methods relating to conformity assessment for various types of measuring instrument, and to types and methods of conformity marking

Among other things, the possibility of issuing a certificate of temporary approval of the type criterion and a certificate that is valid for 2 years will be eliminated, because they have not been implemented in practice. The term “certificate holder” will be replaced with a more appropriate term “manufacturer or manufacturer’s representative”. The restriction to apply for the initial verification for each ps criterion is removed as unnecessary.
