Draft Decree of... 2021, on the requirements for processed fruit and processed vegetables, nuts, mushrooms, potatoes and their products and bananas.

The draft decree provides for processed fruit and processed vegetables, nuts, mushrooms, potatoes and their products and bananas:

• the way in which information on these products is provided,
• the division of these products into species, groups and subgroups,
• quality requirements,
• permissible negative weight and volume deviations of packages,
• the temperature regimes and relative air humidity for storage,
• the methods of storage and handling when marketing them,
• minimum technological requirements.
