Code of Practice for the advertising of betting
The Code applies to betting advertisements by licensed betting recipients or by persons providing such services on behalf of licensed recipients.
The Code lays down some general principles that should govern betting advertisements, with particular emphasis on the protection of minors and other vulnerable social groups and defines the data and information that advertisements should contain.
It also imposes prohibitions and restrictions on specific types and content advertisements as well as obligations for licensed recipients for copyright and minor protection issues.
Finally, the Code lays down the framework for promotional actions and sponsorships of licensed recipients.
