Fuels with higher biofuel content.

Regulation of the Minister for the Environment “Environmental Requirements for Liquid Fuels, Sustainability Criteria for Biofuels, Monitoring and Reporting Procedures for Liquid Fuels and Methodology for Determining Greenhouse Gas Emissions from the Use of Biofuels and Bioliquids”.

Environmental requirements are set for fuel E85 that has a higher biofuel content.
Technical regulations are set out in Annex 12 of the draft Regulation.
