Communiqué On TS 6269/T2 Rolling – Single Row, Radial Deep Groove Ball Bearings Standard
This standard covers single row radial roller bearings with nominal shaft diameter of 2,5 mm to 250 mm.
It does not cover single row ball , angular contact, four-point contact, shoulder, anchoring rings, cambered bearings on the outer surface of the outer ring, thin section bearings, one-way rotatable bearings, inner ring or outer ring with two parts, phosphate or cadmium coated bearings, outer ring cracked close grained bearings, filler groove bearings, cage-free bearings, flanged bearings, inner ring or outer ring, or both rings made of plastic or polyamide material, inner ring or outer ring, or both rings made of sheet metal molded ( eg clutch bearings and the like), stainless steel bearings and balls made of ceramic, radial roller bearings of one or both rings made of ceramic material or coated with ceramic material.
In addition, it does not cover forklift bearings with very large radii in one corner of their outer rings and different radius and roughness values according to the standard, thrust bearings with non-standard dimensions (eg clutch bearings and the like), special bearings with non grinding on the outer surface or working surfaces manufactured for different purposes
This standard is about single row, radial roller bearings in description, classification and specifications, sampling, inspection and testing, and based on market supply.
Notice 1: In this standard, instead of the term “single row, radial roller bearing” only the term “roller bearing” is used hereinafter.
Notice 2: Bearings whose radial cross-section is less than a quarter of the diameter of the hole or radial cross-section is less than twice the diameter of the rolling element are called "thin-section bearings"
