2021 Commodities Act Decree on amusement and playground equipment [Warenwetbesluit attractie- en speeltoestellen]
This Decree contains rules on the safety of amusement and playground equipment and repeals the old Commodities Act Decree on amusement and playground equipment.
Amendment to the Commodities Act Decree on administrative penalties
The Annex to the Commodities Act Decree on administrative penalties is amended so that a breach of the provisions of the 2021 Commodities Act Decree on amusement and playground equipment may be punished with an administrative penalty.
