TSPI contains the scope of use of turbo roundabouts, definition of concepts related to turbo roundabouts, properties of turbo roundabouts, criteria for justification of their implementation, typification of turbo roundabouts, calculation and sizing methodology, selection of appropriate design and technical elements, necessary traffic signs and equipment, and display of specific details and elements of turbo roundabouts.
