Food products and non-alcoholic beverages (except tonics, water, juices, non-alcoholic ciders and non-alcoholic beers).
Draft Regulation of Tallinn City Council on restrictions on the retail sale of alcoholic beverages
1. The sale of food products and non-alcoholic beverages, except tonics, water, juices, non-alcoholic ciders and non-alcoholic beers, is not permitted at a point of sale specialising in the retail sale of alcoholic beverages.
The new version of the Regulation prohibits the sale of goods targeted at minors in the range of products of a store specialising in the retail sale of alcoholic beverages.
2. The retail sale of spirits is not permitted at a filling station store or a store located in the vicinity of a filling station if the distance between the entry to the store and the closest filling pump is less than 15 m.
The currently effective provision prohibits the sale of spirits at filling station stores. It is intended to also retain this restriction in the new version.
