Swedish Post and Telecom Authority regulations on exemptions from the licence requirement for the use of certain radio transmitters

The draft regulations contain provisions on exemptions from the licence requirement for the use of certain radio transmitters. This revision introduces three new exemptions and ten existing exemptions are amended.

Furthermore, three exemptions concerning vehicle radar are removed. All measures follow the Commission Implementing Decision.

It is expected that the regulation will be decided on 8 December 2020.
