The draft sets out the manner of labelling devices used for charging electric motor vehicles and loading alternative fuels available on publicly available service stations in Poland. Labelling obligations also apply to alternative-fuel motor vehicles, showrooms selling alternative-fuel motor vehicles, and the owner’s manuals of such vehicles.
