The draft Royal Decree applies to:

- pharmacy services;

– medicinal products for human use;

- veterinary medicinal products;

– medical devices.

Royal Decree on instructions for pharmacists

The draft Royal Decree intends to amend the Royal Decree of 21 January 2009 on instructions for pharmacists and applies to the activity of distance selling of medicinal products for human use, veterinary medicinal products and medical devices, and magistral or officinal preparations performed by pharmacies open to the public. This Royal Decree also applies to narcotic substances used by pharmacies.
