Online gaming market reforms

Draft Ministerial Decision on the enactment of the Gaming Regulations and the Gaming Regulations Technical Specifications [TEP (Τεχνικών Προδιαγραφών (ΤΕΠ)] for the organisation and running of online games of chance

The Gaming Regulations and the Gaming Regulations Technical Specifications (TEP) cover the following matters, among other things, with the required degree of clarity, comprehensiveness and detail:

a) the specific licensing procedure;

b) the conditions to be met by prospective licence holders;

c) the supporting documents and other paperwork to be included in the licence application;

d) the technical specifications for gaming systems and the technical standards which they are obliged to comply with in each case;

e) the obligations of licence holders;

f) the procedures for monitoring, supervision and control as well as for the imposition of administrative sanctions.
