Bill to ban the sale of exam answers, etc. to examinees at educational institutions under the Ministry of Children and Education or the Ministry of Higher Education and Science
The Bill introduces a general ban on the offering, marketing, dissemination, and sale of exam answers or other similar services to participants of a test or examination at the levels of primary school, secondary school, adult education, in-service training or higher education.
The ban covers circumstances where the marketing, dissemination or sale of the covered services takes place for the purpose of providing improper help, i.e. cheating, in the form of answers to be used in connection with a test or examination. The ban covers natural persons and legal entities. It is proposed that violations of the ban shall be punishable by a fine.
