Modifying the structure of a car and its trailer
The purpose of the draft regulation is to issue a new regulation on modifying the structure of a car and its trailer, repealing the Regulation of 28 April 2016 (TRAFI/66404/03.04.03.00/2015). The new regulation takes into account the possibilities of new vehicle technology in modifying the structure of a vehicle. It is also intended to clarify the regulation so as to reduce the need for additional instructions and exemptions.
