Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Digital and Economic Affairs on safety, standardisation and classification of electrical equipment and electrical installations (Electrical Engineering Ordinance 2019 [Elektrotechnikverordnung 2019 - ETV 2019])

The Ordinance updates existing national provisions concerning the safety of electrical installations and other installations in their sphere of influence.

It contains more detailed provisions on the safety measures to be taken in accordance with § 3(1) and (2) of the Electrical Engineering Act 1992, Federal Law Gazette No 106/1993, as amended.
