Draft Decision on marketing conditions for children’s furniture for sleeping and relevant accompanying equipment

The provisions of this Decision apply to all products referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article, i.e. cribs and cradles, children’s cots, bunk beds, high beds and playpens, regardless of their design and manufacturing, as well as to other additional parts/equipment that accompany them and make them suitable for their end use.

This Decision defines the terms and conditions for conformity assessment, the procedures for the free and unobstructed placing of these products on the Greek market, as well as the obligations of the operators involved in their manufacturing, import and distribution.
