Draft regulation of the Minister for Digitisation on the technical and operational requirements for digital receivers

The draft Regulation lays down the technical and operational requirements for digital receivers of digital terrestrial television broadcasting.

The draft Regulation is issued on the basis of the statutory authorisation under Article 132(3) of the Telecommunications Act of 16 July 2004 (Journal of Laws [Dziennik Ustaw] 2018, item 1954, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the 'Act', in accordance with which the Minister responsible for computerisation shall determine, by way of a regulation, the technical and operational requirements for digital receivers, bearing in mind the need to ensure their compatibility and accessibility for disabled persons.
