Enhanced Automated Reporting Platform (Land-Based) Directive

This Directive imposes obligations on a category of entities holding a gambling licence with the Malta Gaming Authority to adopt measures that would allow for the full implementation of the Authority's automated reporting system.

The Directive includes the data schema required in each report which needs to be generated by the licensed operators, the frequency, duration of storage, and the format in which the report needs to be saved.
