Regulation of the Minister for Infrastructure amending the Regulation on the technical and building provisions for toll motorways

The draft concerns the following areas: design and construction of toll motorways, equipping toll motorways with traffic service facilities and equipment, requirements for noise-protection devices, fire safety of toll motorways, toll motorway surfaces.

The draft Regulation: contains a number of provisions which aim to replace ambiguous wording, envisages numerous solutions to facilitate the implementation of road investments, eliminates logical errors and provisions contrary to the principles of proper legislative drafting, defines new fire safety requirements for toll motorways, including road noise-protection devices, verifies the parameters of the requirements for toll motorway surface performance.
