Technical guideline for the automated information procedure pursuant to § 112 of the Telecommunications Act (TR-AAV), edition 2.0

On the basis of § 112(3)(3) of the Telecommunications Act, in conjunction with §§ 1 and 10 of the Ordinance on the automated information procedure for disclosing customer data pursuant to § 112 of the Telecommunications Act (Ordinance on the disclosure of customer data [Kundendatenauskunftsverordnung– KDAV]), the technical guideline (TR-AAV) describes the technical details of the automated information procedure between the Federal Network Agency and the requesting entities as well as between said agency and obligated parties. The aim of the guideline is to supplement the existing legal framework established by the Telecommunications Act and the Ordinance on the disclosure of customer data in technical terms by describing and specifying the technical details of the automated information procedure.
