Regulation of the Minister for the Interior and Administration on the list of minimum safeguards against the falsification of public documents

The draft Regulation implements the authorisation contained in Article 7(5) of the Act of 22 November 2018 on public documents, which obliges the minister responsible for internal affairs to lay down, by way of a regulation, a list of minimum safeguards against falsification required for public documents.
