Products produced in small quantities and foodstuffs of plant origin

Draft Order of the Director of the State Food and Veterinary Service on approving the hygiene requirements for handling of products produced in small quantities and foodstuffs of plant origin.

The State Food and Veterinary Service, in accordance with Article 13(3) and (4) of Regulation (EC) No 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2004 on the hygiene of foodstuffs (OJ 2004 Special Edition, Chapter 13, Volume 34, p. 319), as last amended by the Commission Regulation (EC) No 579/2014 of 28 May 2014 (OJ 2014 L 160, p. 14), Article 9(5), point 2 of the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on foodstuffs and in accordance with the Decree No 617 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania of 20 May 1999 on the exchange of information on standards, technical regulations and the conformity assessment procedures implementing the Directive (EU) 2015/1535 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 September 2015 laying down a procedure for the provision of information in the field of technical regulations and of rules on Information Society services (OJ 2015 L 241, p. 1), has drafted the Order of the Director of the State Food and Veterinary Service on approving the hygiene requirements for handling products produced in small quantities and foodstuffs of plant origin.
