The draft Decree makes multiple amendments to the current decree:

- it subjects broadcast antennas (radio/TV) to authorisation;

- it provides a new formula to calculate the far electric field;

- it modifies the attenuation factors (relating to materials of the affected wall) which are applied when calculating the electric field.

This Decree implements the Order of 1 March 2007 on the protection of the environment against any adverse or harmful effects caused by non-ionising radiation. This Order sets an immission threshold of 6 V/m in all places accessible to the public.
