The Swedish Transport Agency's regulations on non-commercial operations with certain aircraft and helicopters

The Swedish Transport Agency's regulations on non-commercial operations with certain aircraft and helicopters must be applied to non-commercial operations with such aircraft and helicopters listed in Annex I, point 1, a-d and g of Regulation (EU) 2018/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

The regulations must also be applied to non-commercial, specialised flight operations with such aircraft and helicopters as mentioned in paragraph 1, if their maximum take-off mass (MTOM) is equal to or less than 5 700 kg for aircraft and 3 175 kg for helicopters.

When flying abroad, the regulations must be applied when flying with Swedish-registered aircraft or helicopters, unless otherwise stipulated or contradicted by applicable law in the state in question.
