Implementing Decree concerning the compensatory contribution for breeders breeding animals for fur

Implementing Decree concerning the compensatory contribution for breeders breeding animals for fur lays down the details of the method and scope of granting a compensatory contribution to breeders who are breeding animals for fur in the context of their commercial activity and who cease this activity in accordance with the existing legislation by 31 January 2019.

The purpose of the draft implementing decree is to lay down the details of the method and scope of granting a compensatory contribution to nine breeders who are breeding animals for fur in the Czech Republic and to use this implementing legislation to introduce conditions allowing for the granting of the compensatory contribution and to give the applicants legal certainty as to the data, information and documents to be provided by them, as well as to the maximum possible amount of these contributions.
