Ordinance on trust services

(Trust Services Ordinance [Vertrauensdiensteverordnung-VDV])

The Ordinance is intended to supplement the legal framework of the eIDAS Regulation and Trust Services Act where it is insufficiently precise. The Ordinance essentially covers technical regulations on accessibility, structuring of sufficient cover, documentation and the permanent verifiability of qualified certificates.
