Use of plant protection products, glyphosate, ban for private users

Act of .......... amending the Carinthian Provincial Plant Protection Products Act

This draft act stipulates that private users in Carinthia shall be banned from using plant protection products, apart from low-risk products, as defined in Article 47 of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009, authorised under the provisions regarding the placing on the market of plant protection products for use in domestic gardens and allotment gardens (§ 11 of the Ordinance of the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, the Environment and Water Management implementing the 2011 Plant Protection Products Act).
