Measuring systems for the continuous and dynamic measurement of quantities of liquids other than water

Draft Regulation of the Minister of Entrepreneurship and Technology amending the Regulation on the requirements to be met by measuring systems for the continuous and dynamic measurement of quantities of liquids other than water, and the detailed scope of tests and checks to be carried out during the legal metrological inspection of those measuring instruments

The draft regulation adapts the regulation which is being amended to the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Finance of 13 April 2017 on the types of measuring instruments subject to legal metrological inspection and the scope of such inspections.

The draft sets out a detailed scope for checks performed during the re-verification of all the measuring systems subject to the re-verification requirement and repeals the provisions regulating the initial verification of these instruments.

Furthermore, the draft sets out the performance requirements and the metrological characteristics subject to inspection during re-verification for measuring systems placed on the market or brought into use by means other than a conformity assessment.
