Regulations governing the Maximum Limits for Pesticide Residues that may be present in Foodstuffs: Draft amendment
The proposed Draft amendment to the Regulation makes provision for the maximum limits for pesticide residues in foodstuffs under the control of the Department of Health, in terms of the Foodstuffs, Cosmetics and Disinfectants Act, 1972 (Act 54 of 1972)
