This technical regulation does not apply to protective clothing used in firefighting and clothing used during welding and casting

This draft technical regulation regulation applies to:

•  Organizations and individuals who produce, import, make available and use protection clothing – clothing to protect against heat and flame

•  Good quality inspection bodies, state management authorities and other relevant organizations and individuals.
