The Draft Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On Approval of the Technical Regulation for the energy labelling of household tumble driers"

The Draft Resolution approves the Technical Regulation for the energy labelling of household tumble driers. The Draft Technical Regulation establishes basic requirements for the energy labelling of household tumble driers and is developed on the basis of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 392/2012 of 1 March 2012 supplementing Directive 2010/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to energy labelling of household tumble driers.

The Draft Technical Regulation applies to household tumble driers of domestic and foreign production, including those intended for professional use, are in circulation in Ukraine from the effective date of this Technical Regulation, namely:

-  electric mains-operated household tumble driers

-  gas-fired household tumble driers

-  built-in household tumble driers

This Technical Regulation does not apply to:

-  household combined washer-driers

-  household spin-extractors
