Detergents (scope is same with the Regulation (EC) No 648/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 31 March 2004 on detergents)

Draft Regulation lays down the principles and the procedures for detergents and surfactants for detergents placed on the market to achieve the free movement and ensure a high degree of protection of the environment and human health.
