The BSMI proposes to delete CNS 3706 "Tires of Cross-country Pattern and Mud and Snow Pattern" from the current applicable inspection standards of automobile tyres. The standard was withdrawn on 12 June 2017 and replaced by CNS 1431:2015, which is the other applicable standard for performing inspection of the product.
