Based on the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article 25 of the Act Governing Food Safety and Sanitation, the MOHW proposes to anounce the labeling requirements at food vending locations for food containing ingredients of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) to offer consumers the right of choice.
