The notified draft Mexican Official Standard applies to all natural and legal persons who participate in the production/consumption chain, which includes production, preparation, processing (in-bond processing or otherwise), distribution, marketing, advertising, exportation, storage, and/or other industrial activities, and who declare that the products possess the characteristics defined in the classification provided for in this Mexican Official Standard.
