Proposed amendments to the "Standards and Test Methods Functional Cosmetics" (131 pages, available in Korean)
In accordance with the amendment of Cosmetics Act expanding the scope of functional cosmetics, the MFDS sets standards and test methods for quality control of functional cosmetics such as hair dye products which are due to be reclassified from quasi drugs to functional cosmetics.
