Proposed Amendments to the Standards and Specifications for Foods
The proposed amendment seeks to:
1. Integrate the amendments in Processing Standards and Composition Specifications for Livestock Products into Standards and Specifications for Foods:
- Revision of Preservation and Distribution Standards for eggs and newly established Standards for egg washing methods;
- Newly established Manufacturing and Processing Standards for Processed Egg Products;
- Revision of terms; Revision of test methods.
