The proposed amendment aims to incorporate the improvement of information on the safe preparation of poultry meat into the management of the microbiological risks related to such meat, and to improve the information provided to consumers on the proportion of the weight of products represented by added water, salt and other ingredients (marinated), in order to ensure the correct labelling of products and provide more precise information to consumers.
