The notified text establishes the technical quality and safety requirements to be met by extruded non-alloy aluminium profiles and bars, and aluminium alloy products, including those prepared for use in construction which are marketed in the country, as well as the procedures and time-limits for the conformity assessment procedure and certification of such products. The notified measure will be mandatory and must be implemented in accordance with the time-limits and conditions set out in Annex II.
