Technical devices (software) used to conduct searches within an automated system as part of investigations into cybercrime

Decree of * on rules for exercising the power to infiltrate an automated system and whether or not to conduct a search using a technical device, as referred to in Articles 126nba(1), 126uba(1) and 126zpa(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Decree on searches conducted within an automated system)

Chapters 5 and 6 of the Decree on searches conducted in an automated system may contain technical regulations. These rules pertain to the technical requirements to be met by technical devices and the prior approval thereof.

A mutual recognition clause can be found under Article 20 of the decree.
