Draft Regulation of the Minister for Agriculture on requirements for the composition of different types of fertilisers

The purpose of the draft Regulation of the Minister for Agriculture on the requirements for the composition of different types of fertilisers is to lay down requirements for new types of fertilisers depending on their composition. The list of agricultural limes in the annex entitled ‘Requirements for the composition of fertilisers’ to the regulation is amended by adding limestone and dolomite siftings as well as requirements for agricultural lime mixtures. The need to lay down requirements for new types of agricultural limes is caused by an increasing demand for agricultural limes.
