ELOT TS 1501-01-01-04-00 Onsite concrete production units

The present Specification sets out the minimum requirements for the operation of onsite concrete production units equipped with a high-speed mixer. The concrete produced from an onsite production unit is used exclusively to cater for the needs of the specific project and cannot be sold to third parties.

This specification does not apply to dry loading concrete production plants. In case the use of such a plant is permitted by the contract, it shall have to be approved by the Supervising officer after the necessary controls have been conducted.
