Draft Decision of the Ministry of the Presidency and Citizen Participation setting out technical conditions for approval and operation and game prices and winnings for Type ‘C’ or gaming machines

This regulation sets out the technical conditions for approval of type ‘C’ or gaming machines, such as game price and maximum possible winnings, as well as the means for completing payments and charges, the payout rate, game duration, game speed, counter characteristics, security devices to be installed or required information to display on the machine, with emphasis on the obligation for the machines to feature references to the impact of compulsive gambling.
