Implementing Decree amending Implementing Decree No 289/2007 on veterinary and hygiene requirements for animal products which are not stipulated by directly applicable legislation of the European Communities, as amended

- Refinement of the conditions for the direct sale to the consumer or supply to local retail establishments of small quantities of fresh poultry meat, fresh rabbit meat, fish and other aquaculture animals, and honey by the breeder.

- New provisions on the conditions for the direct sale to the consumer or supply to local retail establishments of small quantities of fresh nutria meat by the breeder.

- Specification of the conditions for the sale and supply of small quantities of bodies of hunted wild game by hunters.

- Classification of liver and kidneys of horses for slaughter older than 24 months as inedible, in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 854/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
