Games of chance and bets operated via Information Society tools

The draft implements Article 43/8, § 2 of the Act of 7 May 1999 on gambling, betting, gambling establishments and the protection of gamblers.

It sets the conditions under which advertising for games of chance or bets may be offered via Information Society tools and lays down the general rules to be observed by holders of an A+, B+ or F1+ supplementary licence, concerning access to the games and gambler age and identity verification.
